On December 14^th, KICJ organized the sixth Expert Group Meeting (EGM) of the year on the topic of human trafficking prevention. Participants included Dr. Natalia Ollus, Director of the European Institute for Crime Prevention and Control (HEUNI), Dr. Jisun Choi, Director of the Division of International Affairs, Research Fellow Dr. Nanghee Kim of the Crime Analysis and Survey Research Division, Research Fellow Dr. Youna Chung of the Criminal Policy Research Divisionand Dr. Seong Cho Hong of the Engineering Research Institute of the Pai Chai University. The meeting discussed current countermeasures and challenges in the prevention of human trafficking and labor exploitation in Finland and Korea.
